Lizo, Billie Eilish y Lil Nas X lideran nominaciones a los premios Grammy 2020

La edición 62 de los premios Grammy le están gritando a Lizzo “Cuz I Love You” (porque te quiero): la cantante y rapera debutante encabezó este miércoles la lista de nominados con ocho candidaturas, incluyendo en las cuatro categorías principales, seguida de Billie Eilish y Lil Nas X, que obtuvieron seis cada cual.

La sensación española Rosalía hizo historia al convertirse en la primera latina con un disco en español postulada a mejor nuevo artista.

Lizzo recibió nominaciones a álbum del año por su debut con un gran sello discográfico, “Cuz I Love You”; canción y grabación del año por su éxito No. 1 “Truth Hurts”; y mejor nuevo artista. Billie Eilish y Lil Nas X fueron igualmente postulados a mejor nuevo artista.

Rosalía, que la semana pasada obtuvo tres Latin Grammy incluyendo a álbum del año, también fue nominada a mejor álbum latino de rock, música urbana o alternativa por su galardonado “El mal querer”.

Eilish también figura en las cuatro categorías principales, y a sus 17 años es la artista más joven en lograr la hazaña. Lil Nas X, de 20, se mide por tres de los cuatro premios mayores, entre ellos álbum del año y grabación del año, por “Old Town Road” con Billy Ray Cyrus.
