Un hombre intenta prenderse fuego frente a la Casa Blanca

Un hombre que conducía un “scooter” intentó prender su abrigo en fuego frente a la Casa Blanca, sin embargo, agentes del Servicio Secreto de Estados Unidos, el cuerpo encargado de proteger al presidente de EU y a su familia, impidieron que lo hiciera, informaron medios locales.

Los hechos ocurrieron la tarde de este viernes, junto a la valla que rodea la residencia presidencial en la parte norte de los jardines.

UPDATE: A male subject operating an electronic wheelchair-type scooter lit his outer jacket on fire while sitting along Pennsylvania Ave. outside the North Fence Line. Uniformed Division Officers immediately responded, extinguished the fire and rendered first aid.

Las autoridades acordonaron la residencia del presidente Donald Trump y procedieron a retirar al hombre que intentó prenderse fuego en la Pennsylvania Avenue.

El Servicio Secreto logró extinguir el fuego y brindó la ayuda correspondiente al sujeto. Incluso, un paquete que lucía sospechoso fue encontrado a unos metros del hombre quien aún no es identificado.

Hasta el momento se desconocen los motivos por el cual el sujeto intentó quemar una de sus prendas. Las autoridades locales informaron que fue trasladado a un hospital cercano.
