Los American Music Awards 2020, los cuales se celebran este domingo 22 de noviembre, con encabezados por The Weeknd y Roddy Ricch, quienes poseen ocho candidaturas cada uno.

Ambos se disputan la máxima estatuilla: Artista del Año, por la cual también compiten con Post Malone, Justin Bieber y Taylor Swift; quien, de ganar en alguna de las cuatro categorías en las que participa, llegaría a los 30 premios.

La rapera Megan Thee Stallion cuenta con cinco candidaturas; le siguen Bad Bunny, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Doja Cat y Da Baby, con cuatro.
